Disclaimer
Visa Ray provides informational analysis based on the information you supply and the sources available at the time of assessment. This same disclaimer appears throughout the product because it's the single most important thing to understand before acting on anything Visa Ray tells you.
What Visa Ray is
A structured reference tool: your answers are matched against a rules engine built from official government sources, which are cited on every pathway. Where we use AI, it explains what the rules engine already found — it does not invent requirements or eligibility determinations.
What Visa Ray is not
- Not a law firm, immigration consultancy, or registered migration agent.
- Not a government authority, and not affiliated with any government.
- Not a guarantee of visa approval, eligibility, or any specific outcome.
- Not a substitute for independent verification of anything material to a real application.
Requirements change
Immigration law and policy change — sometimes with very little notice, and sometimes while litigation is ongoing. Where we're aware of an area currently in flux (for example, the 2025-2026 U.S. H-1B fee litigation, or New Zealand's August 2026 Skilled Migrant Category reform), we flag it directly in the assessment. Absence of a flag is not a guarantee that nothing has changed since our last update — always confirm current details on the official source link provided for each pathway.
Your decisions are your own
Any decision to apply for, rely on, or act based on information from Visa Ray is made entirely at your own discretion and risk. For advice specific to your circumstances, consult a licensed immigration lawyer or accredited advisor in the relevant country.
