Frequently asked questions

No. Visa Ray is informational software. It organizes publicly available immigration requirements into a structured assessment and cites the official government source for every claim it makes. It does not represent you, file applications on your behalf, or guarantee any outcome. For legal advice on your specific situation, consult a licensed immigration lawyer or accredited advisor in the relevant country.

Canada, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, New Zealand and the United Arab Emirates, across work, study and permanent-residence/skilled-migration pathways. We're actively researching and adding more countries and purpose categories (visit, family, business, citizenship).

Every program in Visa Ray links to the official government page it was drawn from, so you can verify anything yourself. Immigration rules change — sometimes with very little notice — so we flag known volatile areas directly in the assessment (for example, recent U.S. H-1B litigation or New Zealand's August 2026 skilled-migration reform) rather than presenting everything as settled fact.

The free tier shows which pathway categories are potentially relevant to you. Visa Ray Basic unlocks the full personalized assessment — reasons, gaps, fees, documents and a downloadable PDF. Pro adds a detailed action-plan roadmap. Premium and the Subscription plan add multi-country comparison and ongoing access. See the Pricing page for full details.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Visa Ray never sees or stores your card details.

See our Terms & Conditions for the current refund policy, or contact us directly — we handle these on a case-by-case basis.

You can complete a free assessment without an account. Creating an account (with Google or email) lets your paid plan and results follow you across devices instead of staying tied to one browser.
