By initiating a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction using the payment method you select.

Visa Ray does not intentionally store complete payment-card credentials when those details are processed directly by the payment provider.

We may receive transaction information necessary to confirm and administer your purchase, such as payment status, transaction reference, amount, currency, selected plan, and related information.

11. Subscriptions and Renewals

Where Visa Ray offers a recurring subscription, the applicable subscription price and billing frequency will be displayed before you complete the purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, a recurring subscription may automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

You are responsible for cancelling a subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for another billing period.

12. Refunds and Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable pricing or purchase page, paid digital services may be non-refundable once the service, assessment, report, or other purchased digital content has been generated or made available to you, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If Visa Ray expressly offers a refund for a particular product or subscription, the specific refund conditions displayed at the time of purchase will apply.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights or statutory refund rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted in your jurisdiction.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Visa Ray lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Provide false information for the purpose of manipulating assessments or results.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, databases, or infrastructure.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Service.
• Use automated methods to scrape, crawl, copy, or systematically extract substantial amounts of Visa Ray content without permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the underlying source code of the Service except where permitted by applicable law.

• Use Visa Ray outputs to impersonate Visa Ray, a government authority, immigration professional, or other organization.

14. Intellectual Property

Visa Ray and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the website, software, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, databases, original content, features, and other materials made available through the Service, except for third-party materials and information that are not owned by Visa Ray.

Subject to these Terms, Visa Ray grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your personal or authorized business purposes.

Your use of the Service does not transfer ownership of Visa Ray's intellectual property to you.

This includes, to the extent permitted by law, losses arising from immigration decisions, visa refusals, application delays, missed opportunities, travel arrangements, employment decisions, educational decisions, financial losses, or reliance on information provided through the Service.

To the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

21. Indemnification
