Welcome to Visa Ray. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Visa Ray website, applications, assessments, tools, content, paid services, and other features provided through www.visaray.com (collectively, the "Service").

In these Terms, "Visa Ray", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the Visa Ray Service. "You" and "your" refer to the person accessing or using the Service.

By accessing, creating an account, purchasing a service, or otherwise using Visa Ray, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Service.

1. About Visa Ray

Visa Ray is a technology-based information platform designed to help users research visa, immigration, travel, education, employment, and relocation pathways.

Visa Ray may use structured information, publicly available sources, automated systems, artificial intelligence, and other technologies to provide information based on the circumstances and answers supplied by users.

Visa Ray is an independent private service. It is not a government agency, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, law firm, immigration attorney, licensed immigration adviser, or official representative of any government.

2. Informational Service Only

The Service is provided for general informational and research purposes. Information provided through Visa Ray should not be treated as legal advice, immigration advice, financial advice, professional advice, or a guarantee that you qualify for, or will receive, any visa, permit, immigration status, admission, work authorization, residence status, or other government benefit.

Visa and immigration requirements vary between countries and may depend on individual circumstances. Government policies, eligibility criteria, application procedures, fees, processing times, quotas, and documentation requirements may change at any time.

You are responsible for independently verifying important information with the relevant official government or immigration authority before submitting an application, paying a government fee, making travel arrangements, leaving employment, enrolling in an educational program, or making another material decision.

3. No Guarantee of Immigration Outcomes

Visa Ray does not guarantee that:

The final decision regarding any immigration, visa, permit, entry, residence, employment, study, or related application is made by the relevant government authority or other authorized decision-maker.

4. AI and Automated Information

Visa Ray may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to analyze information, identify potentially relevant pathways, answer questions, summarize requirements, organize information, and generate personalized outputs.

AI-generated content can occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, incorrect interpretations, or information that does not apply to your particular circumstances.

You acknowledge that automated results are informational and should be independently verified before being relied upon for an immigration, financial, employment, education, travel, or other significant decision.

Visa Ray does not represent that every AI-generated answer is reviewed by a human professional, immigration lawyer, government official, or other qualified adviser.

5. Official Sources

Where appropriate, Visa Ray may provide links or references to official government websites and other publicly available sources.

These links are provided to help users verify information. The inclusion of a link does not mean that Visa Ray is affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the organization operating that website.

If information provided by Visa Ray conflicts with the current requirements published by the relevant government or immigration authority, the official authority's current requirements should be treated as controlling.

6. Eligibility to Use the Service

You may use Visa Ray only if you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you use Visa Ray on behalf of another person, organization, company, or family member, you represent that you have the authority to do so and are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with these Terms and applicable law.

7. User Accounts

Certain features may require you to create an account.

You agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably up to date and to keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.

You should notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.

Visa Ray may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or our systems, or where a user violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Assessment Information

Some Visa Ray features may ask you questions about your nationality, residence, destination, education, employment, qualifications, travel objectives, family circumstances, or other information relevant to an assessment.

You are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

If you provide incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading information, the resulting assessment or information may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances.

You should not knowingly provide false information for the purpose of obtaining a particular result or bypassing restrictions applicable to the Service.

9. Paid Services

Visa Ray may offer free and paid features, assessments, reports, subscriptions, or other digital services.

The price, features, duration, and other applicable conditions for a paid service will be presented to you before purchase.

Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will generally apply to future purchases or renewal periods, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Razorpay or another payment provider used by Visa Ray.

By initiating a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction using the payment method you select.

Visa Ray does not intentionally store complete payment-card credentials when those details are processed directly by the payment provider.

We may receive transaction information necessary to confirm and administer your purchase, such as payment status, transaction reference, amount, currency, selected plan, and related information.

11. Subscriptions and Renewals

Where Visa Ray offers a recurring subscription, the applicable subscription price and billing frequency will be displayed before you complete the purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, a recurring subscription may automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

You are responsible for cancelling a subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for another billing period.

Where subscription management is available through your account or payment provider, you may use the available cancellation mechanism. You may also contact us through our Contact page for assistance.

12. Refunds and Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable pricing or purchase page, paid digital services may be non-refundable once the service, assessment, report, or other purchased digital content has been generated or made available to you, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If Visa Ray expressly offers a refund for a particular product or subscription, the specific refund conditions displayed at the time of purchase will apply.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights or statutory refund rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted in your jurisdiction.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Visa Ray lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

14. Intellectual Property

Visa Ray and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the website, software, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, databases, original content, features, and other materials made available through the Service, except for third-party materials and information that are not owned by Visa Ray.

Subject to these Terms, Visa Ray grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your personal or authorized business purposes.

Your use of the Service does not transfer ownership of Visa Ray's intellectual property to you.

15. User-Provided Information

You retain ownership of information that you provide to Visa Ray, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the Service.

By submitting information to Visa Ray, you grant us the rights reasonably necessary to receive, store, process, analyze, transmit, and use that information to provide the Service and for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the right to provide any information you submit to Visa Ray and that doing so does not violate any applicable law or the rights of another person.

16. Third-Party Services

Visa Ray may rely on third-party providers for services such as payment processing, authentication, hosting, cloud storage, artificial intelligence, analytics, communications, security, and other infrastructure.

Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, limitations, and availability. Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider's separate terms and privacy policy.

Visa Ray is not responsible for failures, interruptions, policies, or actions of independent third-party providers except to the extent required by applicable law.

17. Service Availability

We aim to keep Visa Ray available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, security incidents, third-party failures, network problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any feature or part of the Service when reasonably necessary.

18. Accuracy and Changes to Information

Visa and immigration information is subject to frequent change.

Although Visa Ray aims to provide useful and appropriately sourced information, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, current, or applicable to every user.

Information may become outdated between the time it is collected, processed, published, or displayed and the time you access it.

You should verify important information directly with the relevant official authority before relying on it.

19. No Professional Relationship

Your use of Visa Ray does not create an attorney-client relationship, immigration adviser-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or other professional advisory relationship between you and Visa Ray.

If your circumstances require individualized legal or professional advice, you should obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Visa Ray and its operators, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses or damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This includes, to the extent permitted by law, losses arising from immigration decisions, visa refusals, application delays, missed opportunities, travel arrangements, employment decisions, educational decisions, financial losses, or reliance on information provided through the Service.

To the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Visa Ray and its operators, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

22. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Visa Ray at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service where we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or otherwise created a risk to the Service, our users, or our systems.

We may also discontinue the Service or any part of it for operational, commercial, security, or other legitimate reasons.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we may provide notice before taking such action. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

23. Privacy

Your use of Visa Ray is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, business operations, technology, or applicable legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

25. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Visa Ray and its operation, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other rights that apply to you in your jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms applicable under the governing law, except where applicable law gives you mandatory rights to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any additional terms specifically presented for particular Visa Ray services, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
